Spicy Grilled Chicken Salad

Ingredients

  • 1lb boneness chicken breast
  • 3 tbsp Bailan Spice Harissa
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp cilantro, finely chopped
  • 6oz Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 red onions, sliced
  • Feta cheese
  • Mixed salad leaves
  • Salt (optional)

How To

  • Put Harissa, salt and olive oil into a bowl, and whisk into a paste
  • Rub paste onto chicken and let marinate for 30 minutes (up to 4hrs)
  • Combine cilantro, cherry tomatoes, onions, feta cheese and salad in a bowl. Refrigerate until ready to serve
  • Preheat grill to medium and grill chicken, turning sides every 2-3mins until cooked
  • Remove and serve on the bed of delicious salad
