Ingredients
- 1lb boneness chicken breast
- 3 tbsp Bailan Spice Harissa
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp cilantro, finely chopped
- 6oz Cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 red onions, sliced
- Feta cheese
- Mixed salad leaves
- Salt (optional)
How To
- Put Harissa, salt and olive oil into a bowl, and whisk into a paste
- Rub paste onto chicken and let marinate for 30 minutes (up to 4hrs)
- Combine cilantro, cherry tomatoes, onions, feta cheese and salad in a bowl. Refrigerate until ready to serve
- Preheat grill to medium and grill chicken, turning sides every 2-3mins until cooked
- Remove and serve on the bed of delicious salad
