Pot Roast Slow Cooked


  • 3lb roast
  • 3 Tbsp Bailan Spice Steak Seasoning
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1lb carrots, cleaned and chopped
  • 1 mediu onion, peeled and chopped into large chunks
  • 2 lb potatoes, peeled and chopped
  • 3 stalks of celery, cleaned and chopped
  • 1 cup of low sodium beef broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste

How To

  • Coat roast with Bailan Spice Steak Seasoning
  • Heat olive oil in skillet and brown roast on each side
  • Put potatoes, carrots, celery, onions, and broth into the slow cooker
  • Place roast on vegetables, add salt and pepper to taste, and cook for 6hrs on high or 9hrs on low
  • When ready, slice beef againt the grain and serve with the vegetables and gravy from the botton of the cooker
