Ingredients
- 3lb roast
- 3 Tbsp Bailan Spice Steak Seasoning
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1lb carrots, cleaned and chopped
- 1 mediu onion, peeled and chopped into large chunks
- 2 lb potatoes, peeled and chopped
- 3 stalks of celery, cleaned and chopped
- 1 cup of low sodium beef broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
How To
- Coat roast with Bailan Spice Steak Seasoning
- Heat olive oil in skillet and brown roast on each side
- Put potatoes, carrots, celery, onions, and broth into the slow cooker
- Place roast on vegetables, add salt and pepper to taste, and cook for 6hrs on high or 9hrs on low
- When ready, slice beef againt the grain and serve with the vegetables and gravy from the botton of the cooker
